What we do in Cylinder Hydrotesting?
Cylinder testing is compulsory for our self and our loved one. CNG Cylinder Must be retest on every 3 years and LPG and Hydrogen H2 Cylinder Must be retest on every 5 years. Cylinder Testing Services are performed as per Petroleum & Safety Department norms.

Steps We Use In Cylinder Testing :
- We took out the cylinder from the car than we relese the remaining cng or lpg in the open air from the cylinder.
- External inspection : Cylinder is checked by our experienced enggineer to find the external defects.
- Internal inspection : Cylinder is fitted in machine and pressurized water is injected in cylinder by compressor upto 450 psi. Purpose for this is to check any leakage and to check whether cylinder can bear this maximum pressure.
- Cylinder is checked by X-ray machine.

- If CNG Certificate is valid for next three (3) years
- If LPG Certificate is valid for next five (5) years
- CNG/LPG Compliance plate to be fixed in gas filling compartment
What we mention on CNG Compliance Plate?
Plate includes CNG/LPG Cylinder number, Date of last retesting, water capacity, Testing center name, vehicle registration number
